reports are backed up with digital photographs.The check in report
defines the condition of the property at the start of the tenance and can
be referred to at a later date. The check out report will validate any
discrepency with the check in report  in the condition of the property
and contents at the the end of the tenacy.The Inventory clerk will be to
distinguish between wilful damage and fair wear and tear and report
accordingly.
