REPORTS

INVENTORY AND CHECK IN

This is carried out prior to the commencement of the tenancy. We
provide an accurate and impartial description of the decor,
contents, fixtures and fittings. Meter readings are noted. Once the
report has been compiled we invite both the landlord and the
tenant to go through the property with us to confirm the validity of
the report. Both parties are entitled to add comments before the
document is signed.

THE CHECK OUT REPORT

When the tenants move out a comparison is made of the condition
of the property and the contents to the inventory and check in
report. Any changes will be noted and liability ascertained as
regards damage or wear and tear.  This report will have a bearing
as to whether the tenant is entitled to a full or partial refund of the
deposit

INTERIM REPORT

Landlords and agents may request a report at anytime during the
tenancy. This ensures that the landlord is immediately aware of
any potential problem.
